Services We Provide Lettering & Engraving 1. Add custom 14 karat yellow gold lettering to the front of each charm. There is a fee of $6.00 per letter. Upper case, Block style only. 2. Add machine engraving to the front of each charm. There is a flat fee of $20.00. Block or script styles available, Upper and lower case and all capitals available in block style. 3. Add machine engraving to the back of each charm. There is $5.00 charge. Examples:
Shipping and handling fees within the continental United States Priority Mail $5.00. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in saleable condition. All personalized items are final sale. Refunds will be processed identically as method of payment. Delivery for non-personalized items is 5 to 7 business days. Delivery for personalized items is 10 to 14 business days. Remember, each piece is handcrafted with love and care.
